Do you have nurses on staff?
Yes, we have nurses on staff.
What type of training does your staff receive?
Our staff receive all mandatory training per the state DOH as well as Assisted Living regulation requirements.
Are any personal care supplies or other toiletries provided?
Toilet paper and small trash bags are provided with housekeeping services, as well as laundry detergent.
How many residents live here?
We can accommodate 64 residents.
Do you provide transportation to doctors’ appointments?
We can provide transportation via our van within a 10 mile radius of our center and in accordance with our availability at no additional charge.
Will someone assist me or my loved one to the dining room?
Yes, we remind, escort, and assist with transportation to the dining room or other activities.

Is Housekeeping offered?
Weekly light housekeeping services are included with room rent.
Do you provide Cable TV and Wi-Fi?
We have an in-house cable/ antenna as well as WIFI.
Are overnight guests allowed?
Yes.
How do I find out information about daily activities for me or my loved one?
Our LifeLoop app, posted activities, or a copy of the monthly calendar.
Are laundry services offered?
Yes, laundry services are provided to the residents if required.
Are visitors allowed at any time, or are there specific visiting hours?
Anytime, however, we urge guests to use discretion. Our entrance is unlocked from 8am till 8pm. After hours, visitors may have to wait for staff to respond to the doorbell.
Are residents encouraged to participate in activities?
Absolutely. We also urge family or loved ones to download our LifeLoop app to assist with reminders or encouragement, view pictures, attendance, etc.
Are religious services offered onsite?
